Comfortable apartments in the heart of artistic Old Prague
A unique object, the architecture of the building refers to the existing buildings, and the modern form with a grey brick facade evokes the charm of old Prague tenement houses. The building has been designed as comfortable 1- and 2-room apartments ranging in size from 25 to 40 m². All will have balconies or gardens.
A neighborhood that delights
Thanks to new investments, the revitalisation of Port Praski and cultural sites, Warsaw's Praga has become a vibrant district. Countless climatic cafes, the cult Soho Factory with the Museum of the Neon, the famous Praha cinema and the unique Ząbkowska Street create a special atmosphere that is vainly sought after in other parts of the city.
Closer to art
Warsaw's Praga is a place with artistic roots, which is why the side elevation will feature a unique, large-format mural designed by Warsaw artist-illustrator Mateusz Kołek. The main motif is inspired by the unprecedented, and in the old days very popular, street players. This work is a kind of a manifesto of the individual approach of the young generation to life and the surrounding reality.
